For a smooth, sweet-heat variation of a whiskey sour, Emily from Whiskey Cake Plano shows us how to make the “Hot & Buttered” with batch-made buttered corn infused Garrison Brothers Bourbon and BBQ-spiced Chile Honey.


2 oz Buttered Corn infused Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon 1 whole strawberry

.25 oz Green Chartreuse

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz BBQ spiced Grilled Chile Honey

BBQ Spiced Rim Mix


  • Muddle 1 whole strawberry
  • Add Green Chartreuse, Lime Juice, Chile Honey, & Garrison Brothers small batch
  • Add ice and shake
  • Use an orange to rim glass for spiced-rim
  • Add ice and double strain to remove strawberry chunks
  • Garnish with strawberry
